Dress of the Day: Donna Morgan white jacquard dress

If only this dress wasn’t white. Like Mary Poppins, you see, it’s practically perfect in every way: we love the boat neck and puffed sleeves, but we really love the way this whole look seems to be channeling the ghost of Jackie O. All you’d need would be a pair of over sized black sunglasses and you’d be good to go.

Even the price is practically perfect: this is by Donna Morgan, and it’s a reasonable $158 at Nordstrom.

But it’s white. And even with the best will in the world, we just know we’d spill coffee down it the second we put it on…

Oh my, this is so pretty. Big black 60s sunglasses, some black wrist length gloves… good to go!
But yes, my particular white-ruining tactic is crumbly chocolate. How does it always cake onto my favourite white shirt when I’m trying so hard to cram every last morsel into my mouth?

I want this dress and then I want to dye it some beautiful color because white is a not so much here!
