Topshop’s t-shirt playsuit: for those who aren’t afraid of a bit of camel toe

Yes, it’s a playsuit designed to make you look like you’re wearing a t-shirt with leggings.

Question: why not just, you know, wear a t-shirt with leggings?

Oh, yeah. Because then you’d be wearing a t-shirt with leggings. And nothing but leggings. And not even a long t-shirt either: a short one. One that doesn’t cover your butt. Or your crotch. Or your modesty. And yet, this item is being marketed as a desirable outfit: so desirable, in fact, that Topshop have cunningly stuck the two items together for you, just in case it didn’t occur to you to make this pairing all by yourself. Coming soon: flip flops with thick white socks attached to them! Topshop create the fashion crimes so you don’t have to!

Would this pairing have occurred to you, readers? Or do you fear the camel toe that comes when there’s nothing between your undies and the outside world but a thin layer of legging? If you’re in the former camp, this will cost you £35, but the memories will be priceless.

But then you could just wear the Camelflage underwear and you’re good to go!

Ugh. Leggings are not pants- they are leggings! They belong either under a skirt or long top, or back in the 80’s with stirrups where they belong.

True that! I hate that leggins used as pants are becoming popular, like girl, come on!

I love the combination together (with pants ofcourse) but not stuck together. Craving for that shirt!

I’m sorry, but what exactly is cameltoe?

You see, this is why I was soft on the Jonathan Aston skeggings – at least his stuck-togetherness is combatting a fashion crime, rather than aiding and abetting, like this one…
