‘Tis the seaon of ugly sweaters: Multi-coloured knit cardigan from Miss Selfridge

While we’re on the subject of ugly sweaters

We’re sure some people will look at this Miss Selfridge cardigan and see a cosy, practical and cheerful winter knit.

We, on the other hand, look at it and see something a children’s TV presenter – possibly Noel Edmonds – would’ve worn circa 1983. Or possibly Bill Cosby.

£60 to look like an extra from the Cosbys? We’re going to politely decline. If you want it, though, you can get it here.

Wow, that’s a real Christmas jumper isn’t it?

And even Bill Cosby’s fashion sense has gone down since the 80’s. I saw him live last year, and I swear to God, he wore sweats with Crocs, and white sweat socks.

    I think it’s cute!
Maybe because i’m young and i’m not so jaded to 80’s stuff, or maybe because there are sweaters out there that are alot worse! I have to say I kind of like it.

If it were bolder colours, I would see it as something really awesome to wear if you were someone who worked with small children. I have vivid memories of totally loving that type of thing, as a small child. It’s mesmerising and you just want to look at it all day.
