The Good and Evil leggings in black and white by Costume Dept.

good-and-evil-leggings

Ah, the eternal battle of good vs evil, fought out through the medium of leggings! So simple, and yet so effective: good versus evil, black versus white, your right leg versus your left leg… Don’t you just love it when fashion gets all deep and meaningful like this?

Of course, if you want to be literal about it, you COULD just call these a pair of sequined leggings with mismatched legs. You could even call them a crime of fashion. If you wanted to be particularly cruel, you could call them the court jester’s dress clothes.

But we prefer to see them as a simple, yet powerful, statement on the human condition. Or something. Oh, and also: “edgy”. Because that’s an excuse for anything these days, isn’t it?

I thought it was a cooler idea as tights and in other colors or combined patterns. B/W can be so plain… :/ But I love that it’s sparkly.
