Proud of your waist size? Show it off with a tape measure belt…

Tape_measure_belt

We’re not sure we know many women who’d want to advertise their waist size on their clothing. If you think that sounds like a mighty fine idea, though, this tape measure belt from the Victoria & Albert Museum Shop (yes, they offer online shopping! Oh, how we wish we’d known this earlier!) could be just the thing for you. It costs £20 – or, you know, you could just tie a real tape measure around your waist and pretend. Up to you.

I don’t think that anyone would be able to read the measurement – not unless they got really close, but all the same, I kind of like to keep my waist measurement a secret, and not be confronted by it every time I do my belt up! So not for me.
I think the same person did some kinda cool corsages made of tape measures, they were in the V&A shop last time I went there…

This should be part of “wear or die”.

I wondered how long it would take for some numbskull to measure his or her waist and think “hey, this would make a kicky belt!”

Oh dear… I am not proud of my waist size, I try to avoid tape measures where possible.

Thanks Amanda 🙂 I’m very serios, I would wear ANYTHING else, even a pair of “shoes pretending to be socks” :))

Now this one is extremely original. There is no better way to flaunt your workout and hence, the barely there waist except letting the metric system do the talking for you! Super.
