We haven’t had a good old fashioned Star Style War for a while around here, so when we spotted Carmen Electra (left) and Taylor Swift (right) wearing the same dress, albeit not at the same time, we couldn’t resist putting them in the ring and letting them duke it out. In a style sense, we mean.
The different climates our stars have had to contend with here may well skew the voting slightly: Carmen Electra is pictured attending New York Fashion Week, while Taylor Swift is in the balmier temperatures of California. Taylor also looks like the hem of her dress has been taken up: or perhaps Carmen’s has been let down, who knows?
Which do you prefer, readers? Who do you think wore this floral dress better?

 Miley Cyrus & Kim Cattrall
We normally can’t resist starting a Style War when we see two celebrities dressed identically, but our tongues are firmly in our cheeks with this one, because Miley Cyrus and Kim attrall are pictured here during filming of the next Sex & the City movie, in which Miley apparently plays herself. In this scene, she and Kim’s character, Samantha, turn up at the same event in the same outfit – the horror!
Even although it’s not for real, we’re going to ask anyway: who Wins the Style War? Fifty-three year old Kim or 16-year-old Miley? We actually don’t think the answer’s as obvious as it would appear on paper….

It's been a while since we last watched two celebrities slug it out in a round of Star Style Wars, so today we've put Angelina Jolie and Diane Kruger into the ring in a bid to find out who was the best dressed at the Inglorious Basterds L.A. premiere this week.
Both women wore black to the event, but they went for very different styles, with Angelina in black leather Michael Kors number, while Diane chose Atelier Versace, and lots and lots of texture.
Who's the winner of the Star Style War, though? Only you can decide…

This picture is actually a couple of weeks old, but we haven't had a Star Style War for a while, and this is one we're particularly interested in the outcome of, because of the two of them, one appears to have forgotten her pants and the other… is wearing a play suit.
One of them must emerge triumphant in this round of Star Style Wars, though, and it's up to you, our readers, to decide who it is: Leighton Meester or Blake Lively. Who's the best dressed? Place your votes in the poll you'll find under the jump, and if you feel like leaving a comment to explain your choice, so much the better!

He’s Just Not That Into You has a dazzling array of female stars (only two of whom aren’t called Jennifer/Ginnifer, which must have made things confusing on set), so naturally, when the film premiered this week, The Fashion Police decided to start a Style War between them all.
You’ll find pictures of Drew Barrymore, Jenifer Connelly, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston and Ginnifer Goodwin under the jump. Your task is simple: tell us who you thought was best dressed. And, if you feel like it, tell us who you thought was worst dressed, too…

Just for a change, Angelina Jolie wore white on the red carpet last night, choosing a trouser suit for the Berlin premiere of “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. (Brad Pitt accessory not included.) Katy Perry, meanwile, also went for the white trouser suit, wearing hers to the 10th NRJ Music Awards in Cannes this week.
While Angelina kept things classy with wide-leg trousers and a loose white top, however, Katy went for a slightly fumkier look with bright red lips, a sharp bob, black top and peep toes. But who wore the white suit best? Naturally, we decided to start a style war to find out. Who do you think wins this one?

Oh, thank God, Anne Hathaway finally got the memo. You know, the one about the movie? That she’s promoting? And about how we generally try to throw on something a little bit dressy for these events? Whew!
For the Paris premiere of Bride Wars, Anne and Kate Hudson decided to do a little black-and-white thing (and we must say, Anne is looking very white indeed!), almost as if they knew we’d take these images and put them head to head. Who wins the bride style war this time, though, folks? Over to you…
Kate V Anne: Round 1 | Round 2

Ding ding!
It’s round two of the ongoing Star Style War between Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway, as the two continue with their promotional work for Bride Wars. Anne won round 1, but now the show has moved on to Berlin, where we’re pitting the stars against each other once more, and…
Actually, wait. This isn’t a fair fight, is it? In fact, we’re thinking we should just call this one off, because clearly no one told Anne Hathaway what was happening, and she turned up in an outfit that, while not actively ugly, isn’t really suitable for a Style War, is it? Or, indeed, a movie premiere. She is an unarmed woman, so to speak, so we think Kate would win this one by default, even if she hadn’t turned up looking this good.
Or would she? Maybe you like Anne’s pared-down, "I’m not even going to try" look? Do you?

Their movie is called “Bride Wars”, so naturally The Fashion Police couldn’t resist starting a Star Style War between Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway, particularly when the two actresses turned up wearing very different styles to the film’s New York premiere last night.
Kate went the traditional red (or green, in this case) carpet route, in a dramatic black and white gown, while Anne kept it simple in a sharp black suit and gold heels. We think both women looked fabulous, but hey, it’s a style war out there and there can only be one winner, so who do you think won this round: Kate or Anne? (Look under the jump for the poll!)

They’re both pretty, blonde, 27-year-old British TV presenters, they’ve both presented the X-Factor, are good friends, and both turned up at last night’s National TV Awards wearing sparkly silver dresses – albeit in very different styles. So naturally, The Fashion Police wondered: who was the best dressed – Holly Willoughby or Fearne Cotton?
We think we’d personally go with Fearne on this one: Holly looks great in her her floor-length gown, but we’re liking Ferane’s slightly more rock-chick look, and we’re loving her hair! What do you think, though readers? Who wins the Star Style War between Holly and Fearne?
