Ski Pants Spotted at Topshop

Skipantleggins

Some of you hate leggings. Some of you hate ski pants. I’m fairly confident that most, if not all of you, will hate the unholy alliance of the two, which has produced this, their bastard offspring: the ski pant legging. Why, Topshop, why? It’s not as if leggings really need a stirrup on the bottom anyway, is it? They tend to be on the clingy side, so there shouldn’t really be any need to prevent them from creeping knee-wards by adding a piece of elastic to the bottom, should there?

This is far from the first siting of stirrup pants that’s been reported to us recently, of course. In fact, with the situation starting to spiral out of control, I think it could be time for us to issue a Fashion Police Code Red…

Erm, I’ve got these. Mine came from primark and I love them. And the reason for this outlandish statement is, one of my Ugg boots is tighter than the other (I did wonder for a long while if one of my legs was fatter than the other but thankfully a tapemeasure experiment proved that both my legs are just as fat as each other) anyway, back to the ski pant story, the tighter Ugg boot has a habit of twisting the leg of whatever leg covering I am wearing but if I wear ski pants, they stay in place. Amazing.

    The Fashion Police

Lol! Polly, it just goes to show that even The Fashion Police get it wrong! I just couldn’t for the life of me understand why they would be needed. Weird about the Ugg boot, though…

Well, I wouldn’t say you got it wrong exactly, I mean, on their own, they are pretty vile but if you can’t see the stirrup then no offence can be caused!
