Miu Miu’s sequin point toe pumps – we’re off to see the wizard!

Miu_miu_shoes

We know these shoes aren’t red (although don’t worry, Miu Miu have also made them in red) but we think Dorothy would totally go for them next time she’s planning a trip down the ol’ yellow brick road all the same.

They’re Miu Miu’s sequin point toe pumps, available in ‘multi’ for $690 at Saks or in a slightly more restrained (although not much more, it has to be said) silver for £350 at Net-a-Porter.

Sequined shoes tend to be "love or hate" material for most people, so we’ll be interested to hear what you think of these. As for ourselves, well, we’re really enjoying looking at them at least….

I don’t think I would ever wear them, but they’re gorgeous

I’m not gentle with my shoes, so those would look SO terrible after a couple wears. Too high maintenence for me, but I guess they’re pretty.

I agree; they’re mesmerizing to look at, but I can’t conjure up one outfit in my closet I would wear these with.

I absolutely love them! Then again, I love anything with sequins. AND I would actually wear them. All I need now is £700 (cause, naturally, I need them in both silver and multi)…

    AGH I MUST HAVE THEM.
    They are stupendous dress shoes.
Shoes like these are the only reason I mourn the loss of Carrie Bradshaw’s weekly visits. She’d have ’em.

Yes, Carrie would definitely have them! I would too, but only for those very special events that I never actually get invited to…
