Fashion Police Fraud Squad: Julien MacDonald does Lanvin’s one-shouldered leopard print dress

Lanvin-leopard-print

On the right, Lanvin's $2,000 leopard print dress from last season (and now sold out). On the left, Julien MacDonald's animal print dress from his range for Debenhams, coming in at a much less expensive £60.

We wouldn't call this dress a "copy", because it's not (the colour are different for one thing), but it does represent a much cheaper way to get that Lanvin look, should you want it. Buy it here.

I’m gonna jump in and mention that I, too, think the inexpensive one is much more attractive.

Obviously the one on the left. The right one is too shapeless and cheap looking..

Arrrgh! I definitely prefer the cheaper one, so much so that I went to purchase it—only to find that they are out of my size. Eeep…now I am being HAUNTED by it.
