Fashion Police Comment Policy

Leaving us a comment? That’s great – we love comments! But before you do, please read the following points. Any questions should be directed to the editor.

1. Criticise clothes, not people

The Fashion Police is a site dedicated to commentary and opinions on fashion and trends. It is not a place to bash people for their weight or personal appearance: if that’s what you’re after, we’re afraid you’re in the wrong place!

2. Personal abuse will not be tolerated

Our tongues are inserted very firmly in our cheeks when we write for The Fashion Police, and none of our proclamations are intended to cause offence: we’re not telling you what you can and can’t wear, we’re just offering opinions for the purpose of entertainment. Feel free to agree or disagree with us, but please refrain from using bad language or personal abuse.

3. Keep your comments on-topic

The Fashion Police welcomes your feedback, but if you have a question or comment on the site in general, please contact us directly: off-topic comments may be removed.

4 . This is a spam-free zone

If you’d like to promote your business on The Fashion Police, please email us. We will remove any comments we consider to be advertising, including comments from people using keywords as their name.

Please note that we reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any comments that we find to be offensive or inappropriate.

Finally: fashion should be fun, so enjoy the site and please come back and visit us again.

Thanks for your comment!
