Case Closed: Lindsay Lohan in baggy, patterned jumpsuit

Spl99556_003[1]

Who's been buying all those baggy, patterned jumpsuits, we wondered? You know, the ones with the elastic around the ankles, for an extra-baggy effect?

And today the answer came to us: it's Lindsay Lohan! Who we actually thought was wearing a maxi dress, until we took a closer look at those ankles. Still, at least she looks comfortable, no? And it's certainly a change from the leggings-as-pants look.

One more under the jump… and if you just can't get enough of jumpsuits right now, look out for this week's Wear or Die, coming up later today. Don't say we didn't warn you…

She has got to be pregnant, why else would she wear that!
    I love her shoes, though!

I dont’ get why she would wear such a comfortable and ugly jumpsuit and such uncomfortable and awesome shoes… style split personality.

I think the fabric looks amazing. She pulls it off well. Jumpsuits are weird but somehow she makes it look normal. Fashion will never be 100% normal. I vote enjoy the trends while they last and test out the non-obscene ones. It might be like trying garlic ice cream, but it’s not going to kill anyone and the pictures will be fun to show your kids later.

If it weren’t for the shoes and sunglasses, I would call this look “Little House on the Prairie: 2009”.

I just figured out why it’s familiar.. the baggy look, the elasticated ankles, the buttons all down the front.. it’s the pattern of a clown suit. Giant polka dot shoes and the look would be complete!

Sometimes I really wonder what goes on in people’s heads. Imagine walking into a store… You have tons of money and can pretty much buy anything you want. And you want – this??? Weird.

It would actually be kind of cute if it had a waist. Or maybe even just worn with a belt.
