Star Style Wars: Anne Hathaway Vs Marion Cotillard round two

Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard at the premiere of The Dark Knight Rises

Ding, ding!

Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard have moved on to London as part of the press tour for The Dark Knight Rises, which means it’s time for part two of our Star Style War!

The two contenders went for very different looks in London, with Anne choosing a long, shimmering Gucci dress with a “woodland nymph” style floral collar, while Marion went for a more tailored look in a Christian Dior Couture pencil dress, worn with red Dior pumps.

The vote was pretty much split in the last round, so perhaps this one will allow you to choose a winner. Who’s style do you like best? Who wins this Star Style War?

Marion Cotillard 100% gets my vote, this whole style reinforces her exotic beauty. Also, the red/orange colours are bright without looking too flashy. Another gorgeous look for Marion!

Cotillard without a shadow of a doubt. Hathaway’s dress looks like a glittery bag. (Nothing against glittery bags just, you know, not as a dress).

Sorry, but I have to vote for Anne.

I agree that her dress is quite shapeless and she could have done something more inspired with her hair, but it still beats Marion’s “Ha ha, at first glance I appear to be topless!”-outfit by miles.
If Marion’s top had been red, too, I would have been on her side.

I’m afraid I’ll have to vote against both of them. Anne Hathaway’s dress reminds me of a costume from a little girl’s dress-up trunk, and I agree with Moni’s comment that Marion chose the wrong color for her dress. The pale orange blends too much with her skin, and it really does make her look topless if you’re not paying attention, plus the skirt looks like a picnic blanket.

Anne’s dress reminds me of the girls who get sacrificed to the monster in those old sword and sandal films. Between the two, I do like Marion’s choice better, but it’s still not quite there. A white, red, or black top with the red purse and shoes would have been really pretty.

they both lose. hathaway’s dress is shapeless and featureless, and cotillard’s outfit looks uncoordinated and awkward. also, her skirt looks as if it’s made from an unseasonably thick fabric.

anne looks spooky and weird and the other one has no taste with the red and orange and yellow and checkered fabric. NO CLASS BOTH OF THEM . the key is to keep it simple, less is more. What is wrong with these people, wow!!!!!
