Because we’ve been policing the world of fashion for a long time now, there inevitably come times when new readers stumble across a post in our archive, and want to know where they can find the item featured – which, of course, has long-since sold out.
We always give the same answer to the “where can I find this?” questions, and it can be summed up in one word:
OK, that was two words. You know what we mean.
We’ve been recommending eBay to fashion hunters for years, so today we’re happy to announce that we’ve teamed up with the UK auction site, to become part of the eBay Influencer Network.
“What’s that, Fashion Police?” we hear you ask. The eBay Influencer Network is a group of people, including celebrities, bloggers and, well, US, who’ve been hard at work over the past few weeks, curating collections full of their very favourite items on eBay. Why? Well, as wonderful as eBay can be when it comes to hunting down that hard-to-find or sold-out item, the sheer size of the site means it can also be a little overwhelming at first, and that’s where we come in: basically we’ve found the items, so all you need to do is come along and buy them – or use them as inspiration to start your own search.
Our set of 12 collections each have a fashion-related theme: you can browse our list of Things Fashion Bloggers Like (Starbucks coffee mug, anyone?), find all of the items you need to create a Classic Capsule Wardrobe, or steal some Celebrity Style, with our collection of high street items worn by celebrities. Of course, there’s lots more to check out too, and we’ll be updating our collections on a regular basis, so if you have an eBay account, you might want to follow us there, so you can keep track of the items we’ve been adding.
