summer 2013 fashion

It may be a supermarket brand, but Tesco’s Florence & Fred line probably gives us a better idea of what “real” (i.e. non-fashionista) people will be wearing this spring than some of the higher-end collections, and we were actually pretty impressed with this preview.

Sure, there’s a lot of standard summer fare here (stripes, scarf-print, white trousers…) but there are also a few surprises, and the styling gives it all a bit of an Audrey Hepburn vibe, which is just fine by us.

We’re already coveting the two dresses shown above: what about you?

  1. Hey there Fashion Police. My comment has actually nothing to do with the collection, but I’ll post it anyway. I’d just like you to know that I enjoyed reading your blog for quite a while now (oh my, has it been years already?!), but now, with the updated version of the site, the articles are physically unreadable. Please reconsider using an all black font, or simply one that doesn’t require constant highlighting. Thank you for your time.

  2. Well. nevermind, after a 30th force-restart it is readable now. Seems like the problem was from my browser and not your poorly made font choice. Good day to you.
