I think it is because the breasts are so pushed up, so her upper body becomes a balled-up mass. Besides, she has very little body fat, so that there are division lines between her muscles visible. It does not help that she poses like a bodybuilder in a line-up, tensing up. All this contributes to the “ice cream in a cone”-look. Methinks this works better with a smoother, slightly better padded body type, think Beyonce.

The dress is lovely, but she looks like ice cream stuffed in a cone in it. Not sure why, but it doesn’t work for her.
