This is a scarf.
We...kind of don't know whether to arrest it or adopt it.
We're thinking "adopt it", though. Because every police force needs a mascot, after all, and seriously...

...would YOU mess with this face?
[Buy it]

If you hadn’t mentioned this was a scarf, I would’ve thought it was a dog’s chew toy.
Why not both? I sure couldn’t keep my cats from batting this around.
Point taken. =D
You should wear that, then introduce yourself to strangers as the fashion police.
I am not kidding, I was born in the 90′s and had this exact animal as a stuffed toy! The same color combination, horns, teeth, even the blue patch on it’s head.
It’s so disturbing to see my childhood friend turned into a scarf!
This is the kind of thing I would buy at a novelty shop for $3 because it’s so ridiculous. Definitely not an outrageously expensive piece of “fashion.”
i’d get this if it wasn’t so ridiculously expensive. i use stuff like this to brighten up my drab winter clothes.
