Our comments on Nicki Minaj are pretty much redundant as this point because:
a) She's a serial offender. To say that Nicki is a fashion criminal is like saying that Gaga dresses a bit funny: it just doesn't need to be said, does it?
b) We're fairly sure she's just baiting us now. The fact that she's wearing leggings as pants just cofirms this.
Still, this is Nicki Minaj, after all, and we feel we have to adopt a different standard when judging her outfits. With that said, we reckon this one is fairly tame by her standards: what do you reckon?
