We can always rely on Katy Perry to brighten up a dull day here at the Fashion Police HQ, and sure enough, here she is at the UK premiere of Part of Me last night, wearing a Marchesa tutu-dress and a pair of sparkly Jimmy Choo sandals.
Katy added a vaguely British theme to this outfit with her Union Jack false eyelashes, and a flag print umbrella, to protect her from the constant rain.

don’t like the mixture of the tulle and lace especially gold lace
Hmm… Not guilty. I don’t love this dress, but I think it’s flattering on her (which is a lot more than I can say for most red carpet dresses I see) and stylish enough.
Guilty, just like she is with every outfit she wears.
I think she manages to pull it off.
