These pants seem to be at least a size too big, and her hips look enormous in them.
Additionally the top gives her a rather round and sturdy torso.
I agree about the cups on the top, it looks like she tried to squeeze her breasts into something that’s too small for her… not only are they spilling over the top, but out the sides!! Maybe she was hoping for a push-up effect, but I’d say that failed…
