It's Cannes Film Festival time, and after the recent bad fashion behaviour of our celebrity suspects, The Fashion Police have called in reinforcements in a bid to keep the "sheer dress" quotient to an absolute minimum.
So far, the signs are promising: for instance, Eva Longoria here is wearing a dress by Marchesa, who we've long suspected of being the ringleaders of the "shress" movement, but we can't see her underwear, and that's always a good thing.
What do you think of Eva's opening ceremony look: hit or miss?
P.S. For all of the celebrity fashion that doesn't make it to our front page, check out our newly relaunched Celebrity Spy section, in which our undercover officers spy on the outfits of our famous suspects...

It looks like mildew on steroids. Eeeuuuw!!!
She looks way too short and stubby, without any contrast between the waist and hips/bust. It’s a miss .
Miss all the way. It’s not figure-flattering, and the huge, ugly train overwhelms her stature.
I totally agree with Nata and Spike, the dress is nice but does not compliment her at all.
