As our regular readers know, any time a celebrity wears clumpy boots on the red carpet, an angel dies. So sad.
Going by that rule of thumb, Chloe Sevigny is definitely guilty of killing an angel at the UK screening of "Hit & Miss". Is she also committing crimes of fashion, though? The Peep Toe Boot Rule suggests she is, but what do our jurors think? Do you like this purple Versus dress, with its diamond cut-outs at the waist? Tell us!

You mean that dress isn’t a crime in and of itself?
The dress looks like it would split and makes her looking fat…horrible!
The bust and sleeves on the dress are terrible. I had an action figure in the 70s whose upper body was filled with sawdust that looked just like this dress!
She looks like a couch/sofa…
She always looks bloody awful and I think that’s what she goes for. There is nothing about this look that is good. Bad hair, bad makeup, bad dress and shoes that need to be torched.
Good god, no! It’s awful.
Wow… this dress is actually making a skinny girl look puffy.
The color looks good on her. If the neckline of the dress were to be more open it would have looked better. This type of neckline doesn’t suit anyone I don’t care how gorgeous you are, model type or not, this neckline doesn’t make sense. Those nasty ugly boots, I wouldn’t even have worn them with long pants. First of all they shorten the leg because the height of the boot is awful. A boot either needs to be full length or a short boot not in between.A the open toe of the boot is tasteless!
