At first we thought this was a "plush" fabric. You know, like a teddy bear? In a skirt?
But it's not. No, it's chiffon. Chiffon: that wonderful, floaty, feminine fabric. That still looks like a teddy bear in a skirt in this case: or it does to us, anyway.

This would look great in a big, flowing bell of a skirt. Why take this texture and make it into a boring straight skirt? Horrible.
What happened to u FP? U used to be funny. I don’t even care much about fashion, but I used to come here just to read ur brilliant hilarious comments on it. However, lately it’s all just blaaah…
I regret my life does not present me with opportunities to wear stuff like this. It’s great! I would need massive diamonds to go with it and a gent in a tux.
If worn with a bustier the same colour, I suppose it would work as the bottom half of a wedding dress.
