Shirt or Dress? Mason by Michelle Mason “long” shirtdress

This Is Not a Dress

Quick show of hands, jurors:

Shirt or dress, dress or shirt?

As you can see from the caption, we’re going to go with “shirt”. We’re also going to ask the model to put her pants back on now please, before we have to arrest her for being out in public without them. It DOES explain why she’s looking so shifty, though, doesn’t?

What’s your vote?

Oh, that’s a shirt. And not especially pretty shirt… The model doesn’t look particularly happy as well.

If you had really really REALLY short legs then it could be a skirt :)

Honestly, why is everything so short at the moment? it’s driving me mad! I saw a girl shopping wearing one of these the other day and when she reached up to a high shelf, well, you could just completely see her knickers at the front.

The same reason why people pay 200$ for shredded jeans-looking homeless is now fashionable.

I think I had that blouse in 1982. I wore it under a black skirt suit. I left the shoulder pads in but she clearly took hers out. I am going to assume she’s not finished dressing. She is wearing the boots to walk to work and will be carrying her pumps in a shoe bag specially designed for carrying her shoes to work.

This “dress” would actually look pretty cute tucked (if it were a little less voluminous) into a pencil skirt.

I think if you have to ask, its guilty already.
