dont judge a girl by her clothes Moschino have a message for you...The Fashion Police approve this message.

The Fashion Police also LOL’d long and hard at the irony of THIS message being delivered through the medium of a $376 dollar tank top from a designer clothing label.

If you just want to buy it, however, go ahead and click here. We promise not to judge you by your clothes.*

Go bananas at Topshop!

Topshop banana print leggings Go bananas at Topshop! We know bright colours and prints are ‘bang on trend’ (to coin a phrase we hate) for this summer, but banana print leggings?  Really?  Isn’t that taking tropical print a little too far?

We are curious to know what you think of these and how you would style them up (if, indeed you would style them up).  If you like these and want to wear bananas on your legs this season, you can buy them at Topshop for £20.

Dolce & Gabbana have really hit a high this summer with their romantic floral boho style, and the look is gloriously easy to recreate with just a few simple pieces.

The key piece is almost certainly the gypsy top. Wear it with a floral floating maxi skirt or light denim flares for full on boho-chic, or with a plain summer skirt to nod to the trend.

shoeperwoman Save our Shoe Site: An important message for Shoeperwoman readers

Hi, folks, it’s your Chief of Police here.

I know many of you are also readers of our sister site, Shoeperwoman, so I’d just like to draw your attention to this post, which details how another company is trying to trademark the Shoeperwoman name and use it for their own sites, thus effectively putting Shoeperwoman out of business.  I’m not going to write too much about this here, because I’ve already talked about this at length on Shoeperwoman, but those of you who were unaware of it might like to click here and read the post: we’d also be very grateful for any links or re-tweets to the post, as this is a huge issue, not just for us, but for other bloggers who find themselves in a similar situation.

Apologies for the lighter than usual posting here today, too: unfortunately this issue is taking up a lot of our time right now, but we hope to be back to usual soon.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

zara red handbag Handbag of the Week: Zara Fashion City bag with flap

They’re a little bit boxy and a little bit plain, but… that’s why we like them.

They’re Zara’s “Fashion City” handbags, and they’re £79.99 from here.

We’ll take the red one, please. And, oh, OK, the nude one too. Well, it would be rude not to, wouldn’t it?
