The phrase “cut out boots” alone is always guaranteed to trigger The Fashion Police’s fug alarm, but these ones are actually even more bizarre than the name suggests. Witness:

I’m not a fan of boots like this anyway even if it weren’t open toe. they are just plain and boring. but these are hilarious how the lip of the shoe is an inch or so higher than the foot, so you can’t even see her feet unless you are looking straight down at them
