My personal fave. Gorgeous colour, really suits her – she looks like she is having fun and is not half-starved :)

I want to like it, but I think it’s the hair that pushes it too far into prom territory. It looks good on her, though.

Zero bust in a all-about-the-bust dress, did it all descend into her stomach!? Fail, epic fail, together with the hair.

The dress looks horrible on her, very ill-fitted. Showing off her belly on the red carpet? Why? Don’t like the hair either.

This dress would look much better if the black satin (it looks like satin, could be a taffeta or silk satin) was a better fabric. It shows all the wrinkles and looks cheap. Sad day.

This was a vintage Charles James gown, which would have looked better on her had she worn vintage underpinnings such as a merry widow style bra and a better tummy control. Women wore girdles when this dress was made as well as serious bras.

Colin Firth’s wife had a dress on that reminded me of another famous Charles James piece, I wonder if you thought the same…
I would hope correct underpinnings would do it more justice, as I stated earlier the poor thing just looks sad.

  • On her, this looks like one o those ugly prom dresses, made of nylon and more nylon!! looks cheap. on a model, maybe!

Bad photo of this gorgeous dress. I didn’t like the weird hairstyle, and I was not the biggest fan of the jewelry (although the “big bling” aspect was perfect), but this dress is BEAUTIFUL and it looked great on her!
