drool… I wish I could pull a dress like that off, she certainly did.

I keep wanting to call it skanky, but on her it WORKS!
To me it looks like a pageant dress (which are tacky in my taste, but some people like that stuff). She just needs a sash, crown, and bouquet of flowers.
