Even the classic trench coat can’t escape the shower of spikes that’s been raining down fashion items everywhere for the past few seasons:

As well as the spikes, this jacket has been fashioned-up with thick leather cuffs and a belt. It’s a world away from the trench coats our grannies used to wear, that’s for sure, but what do you think about it? Much-needed revamp of an old classic, or a great way to create a lot of fuss on the way through airport security?

I’m not really a fan of the spikes, but I love the leather!
I think I would’ve liked it better in studs, not spikes, with the spikes it looks kind of hairy…
I actually love it. But I’m young and I think I can get away with stuff like that. I’d pair it with a black pant and booties and feel like a rock star
Imagine carrying all this extra weight on your shoulders. It certainly looks heavy and dangerous. On the other hand, it will help create a much needed personal space around you on public transport during peak hours. Also, a zip would probably work better with the spikes and leather than the buttons.
I think it’d look better in black.

It’s not heavy the studs are plastic, they were originally metal in the first prototype but it was way too heavy, so they were replaced.
