It is true, we would all like our legs to be considered deer-like, and it is also true that few of us are blessed with cervine pins… but the Fashion Police can unequivocally state that popping a few reindeer on your leggings is never the answer!
Indeed, patterned tights like these, with their banded design, are more likely to draw attention to the bits many of us would frankly rather hide, broadening calves and thighs and drawing the eye down towards the knee region…
And that’s before we’ve even touched on the fact that Christmas-themed clothes? Are pretty much always a crime!
If you fancy rocking the reindeer look this winter, you can pick these leggings up at River Island for £24.99.

AWWW
I’d definitely wear them as comfy around the house type clothes! they’re nice…just
not out in public though, sadly they do look like they would be unflattering to those of
us with a more curvaceous caboose.
The “disappearing” reindeer in the crotch area is very amusing, or maybe I just had a long day.
I thought it was more worrying than amusing, but then I’ve also had a long day…
thats funny!
Well done for getting cervine into a post on clothes!
..Not gonna lie, I kind of love them! Would never wear them and cvertainly wouldn’t pay that price but…wow
I have to use the 4 letter word!!! No, its not what u think – Its OOPS!!!!!
They may be kind of cute with an oversized black sweater and boots when worn at a ski lodge. But on the street? No way!
i like then
I seen these worn outin public……they look as terrible on as the do in the picture
your actually wrong,
these leggings went out of stock so so fast, and i tried them on and loved them, so i actually got some myself. river island sell such good clothes, and although they are unusual, theyre obviosuly a big hit with girls everywhere, and would they really have bought them if ‘they broaden calves and thighs’? After all thousands of girls who bought these cant be wrong.
Personal taste can’t be “wrong”, Jo. We’re all different. We don’t all have to like the same things.
