Either too short or too long. This length makes her look short and the shoes add to that. I like the top half of the dress, but the skirt is strange. What is this fringed apron for?!
Too long and, while the top is interesting, the lack of balance between the small, tight top part and the heavy bottom is making her look a lot more pear-shaped than she probably is. Also, it looks likes her toes are hanging off her shoes.
