I am aware that too much glitter can be overbearing and look cheap. Still this blouse is way too casual for the skirt (Or the skirt and shoes are too glamorous for the blouse – depending on the type of the event). Anyway: Wearing a shiny golden skirt with shiny silver shoes is never a good idea…
I think this look would work better with a white or black blouse. And I agree the silver and gold thing doesn’t work but she is looking good in this outfit anyways.

If your going to rock the disco ball thing, actually rock it.
Individually, each piece is OK, together they are all wrong.
The top and blouse look suprisingly nice together, but not with the shoes.
