Hold it!
There’s no point sliding your hand down your leg in an attempt to hide it, missy: we’ve already seen the leg band attached to your skirt. We don’t know WHY there’s a leg band attached to your skirt, of course: is the skirt in mourning for something? The fact that it has a freaking leg-band attached to it, perhaps? Or is it actually some kind of clever way to anchor the skirt in place and make sure it doesn’t creep crotch-wards? We’ll probably never know.

We can only hope that you are supposed to wear something under this top, rather than risk your modesty as the poor girl here is being forced to do. Unsurprisingly this top is still available in every size but a 6 and has been reduced to just £5 (from £25) in the sale.

At first glance this is just an innocuous oversize cardigan. But of course it’s not though, is it? Because we wouldn’t be showing it to you if that was all it was. No, this is an oversize cardigan with a piece of velvet stitched into the v neck. Sonia Rykiel thinks her customers are not bright enough to work out for themselves that they could put a grey sweater over a black top. Not only does it look like you forgot to put on your trousers, you also can’t remove the cardi if you get too warm. And on the flip side, why would you want a cardi that you can’t layer over another top? Surely the reason most people add a cardi is to keep them warm. Sorry folks, you can’t do that with this one!

Unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing we can really say about this unholy alliance between a pair of super-skinny jeans and Madonna’s lace leggings from 1982.
