The dress works for me, but the hair definitely doesn’t help her look. It elongates her neck/head, so combined with the neckline of the dress she looks like a reflection in one of those body distortion mirrors at a carnival.
Love the colour on her, hate the “bib” part. I think her hair would have worked without the bib. And lord love us, who picked those awful shoes – anything but white sandals.
You can kind of tell she knows it is a mistake, she looks so uncomfortable. The dress is interesting and might have worked if EVERYTHING else was changed, hair, makeup, shoes ect.
