Louise Gray has come up with a great idea for Spring/Summer 2011, readers: ditch the socks, and just paint your feet white instead! It’s genius, isn’t it? From a distance, everyone will think you’re just wearing regular old socks:

Well, they will assuming they’re not too distracted by the belly window in your dress, that is. Think of all the money you’ll save on hosiery, though!

  1. … and another example that modeling is glamorous beyond belief.
    The poor girl in the second picture seems to be freezing to death. Maybe a pair of wooly socks would have helped? ;)
