Seriously, there’s really a lot that we could say about this photo, and about Taylor Momsen’s emerging, er, “fashion” style in general. Things like “trashy”, “hooker”, “where the hell are her parents?” and “Lindsay Lohan” spring to mind. But let’s face it: you were thinking those things already, weren’t you?
Taylor, honey? We know you probably think you’re being “ironic” or something. But you’re dressed like a hooker. And you’re 16. The best tip we can give you, then, is this one: put some clothes on. Before the real police catch up with you…
I just don’t know with her. Why the desire to look like a call-girl, when there’s already Gaga who’ll always be showing off even more skin and be much more extreme? But I don’t really hate the shoes… and actually the whole outfit, but only for playing a concert or so, not for walking in the streets with almost nothing on.
She’d look better if she was dressed as a call-girl – this look is “street-ho”.
just so everyone knows, this is an outfit she wore during shows for warped tour this year. this picture seems to have been snapped while she was walking around probably right before or after her performance.

Despite the hooker look i have never seen pics of her drunk, wasted or making out with various men so until now, she is not turning into L. Lohan.

Wow that is a bad outfit. Incredibly trashy. Not something you would expect to see in day time and in public! Especially on a 16 year old! Looks like she needs a new stylist.
The outfit isn’t exactly suitable or even that nice, but I do like the shoes, personally… I’m not sure about the ‘tips’ money slot bit though. That IS a bit trashy.
Gee, it’s amazing what 16 year olds can get away with nowadays. I’m 22 and can only imagine what my parents would have done if I stepped out of the house like that. I don’t understand the black toe and heel covering things. Are they attached to the shoes? Or… are they like those stocking things you slip on to protect your feet? Or are they painted on her feet? Because I can’t see any seam lines.
Those are stockings – if you look at the top image, and scan up her legs, you’ll see the suspenders holding them up. I actually quite like the stocking – I just prefer them with the suspenders hidden
I’m 20, and my parents would still freak if I dressed like that in public. What is with these celebrity teens and their dreadful parents?
My god, is that her bra AND her panties? You’d think that a 16 year old would have… I’m not quite sure, better fashion sense? Unless this HookerLook is a new trend…
What was she thinking? I like how she is trying to be different but this is just a little too far. I’m a big fan of cute heels and my closet is filled with them. I don’t think heels are something you want to stand out in your outfit unless people are complimenting you on them.

Man, what does this tell you? Has it really gotten this bad? The state of the economy is so low, that Taylor Momsen has only had a $1 tip in her stripper heel. We must fix this now before it gets out of hand. Somebody tip in a quarter or something!
Apart from anything else, I observe that clear straps displaying squashed toes are not attractive.
This girl is sixteen yet dresses like a 30-year-old prostitute/crack addict. She’s starting to give Courtney Love a run for her money as trashiest dresser. Where are her parents? More importantly, where is her stylist to chase after her with a pair of scissors for those nasty extensions and a trenchcoat to cover up the sartorial disaster?
I have nightmares about walking around in public in an outfit like this. You know the dream where everyone is staring at you, then you look down and realize that you’re in your underwear, and you’re totally mortified.
Apparently Taylor Momsen does not suffer from these kinds of nightmares.

I think the “tips” heels could be kind of funny, but I think it’s important to pair the more “risque” items in your closet with demure pieces, for balance. For example you wouldn’t want to wear garters, an ill-fitting dress, and super-high plastic heels together; You know, so you look funny and playful, and not like AN ACTUAL HOOKER like she kinda does in this picture XD
There are so things wrong with this outfit 0_o She’s wearing a top without pants (or a dress that is too small) the dress/top is WHITE and she is wearing BLACK underwear, and her hair (extensions?) look really dirty and ratty :/ that just drives me nuts DX
Yeah it’s horrible but…I’m impressed she can wear those heels for longer than five minutes. I mean it’s not even a photoshoot, she’s genuinely just wandering around in them. I’d break an ankle in seconds.
