We think Jessica Biel is one of the prettiest young actresses in Hollywood right now.
We also think she's one of the bravest (this week, at least), because let's face it: it's not every woman who would think, "You know, I'm going to dress to blend in with the carpet. But just so I don't blend in too much, I'm also going to show my knickers."

The colour is fantastic on her- in a sea of ‘stand out’ dresses, her blending in dress is a fresh change, baby.
Plus, y’know, if you don’t want her to show her panties… Well…. She’s gonna have to do a Britney. Jus’ Sayin’.

This would have been a beautiful dress if only it hadn’t been sheer. Why?
I think it looks nice, and I want to ask why nobody has looked at her feet? She has two toes hanging over the edge! I guess if you show your panties, your shoes don’t need to fit.

I’m not a big fan of hers, so I guess I automatically targeted the worst part of the ensemble…the hair! Is it just me and my critical eyes, or is her hair terribly frizzy and doesn’t look like it’s been brushed in a while?

I’m actually not hating it for some reason. I think it looks more like she’s wearing a bodysuit underneath then “Hey, look at my knickers!” That being said, I’m not going to be waking down the street in a shress anytime soon.

I think she looks beautiful in that dress, the red really suits her.
But she does look a bit messy and not in the good way. She needs to get herself some skin coloured underware.
I also this she would of looked better with some of her hair swept up to show off her cheek bones more.
It would be so pretty if it wasn’t sheer! But it’s fine as it is, an uncommon occurance for a shress.

It is sheer so you can see threw it to her black undies and her bra. I think she took a big risk but something under this would have made it better. Why go with red shoes? It goes with it but her toes are falling off the end of them and that always bugs me when people have that problem going on. I think maybe a cute black heel would have looked good with this dress…..one that fits.
If they had just put a flesh coloured dress under the damn thing, this would have been stunning. Heck, it doesn’t look HORRIBLE as it is. But it’s the PRINCIPLE. Why does this OTHERWISE STYLISH HOLLYWOOD ACTRESS suddenly think that this is reasonable RED CARPET ATTIRE because there is a PASSING TREND FOR SEE THROUGH CLOTHES?
I think she ruined the overall look by not checking properly if the dress is see through or not. Now, instead of remembering a nice red dress we`ll remember “Ah, the dress that showed the black granny pants”.
Also Jessica seems to have a problem with hair styles, I can`t remember an event where she had a nice hair do.
The toes hanging out are not cool but at least the dress is long.
There’s so much wrong with her style already, that she wouldn’t have needed a see-through dress in the first place.
- The hair is a frizzy unkempt mess. Go buy a brush and some conditioner. Please.
- Why doesn’t she ever use coloured lipstick? Not only is she just not the type for nude lips, a dress like this calls for a more dramatic make-up.
- While we’re at it: Nail polish.
- I’d like to see the whole shoe before saying that it doesn’t fit. Maybe it’s meant this way… but I agree that it looks awkward.
Please, Ms. Biel, have a serious talk with your stylist and/or start looking for a new one.
