I reminds me of Salma Hayek’s recent outfit. I wonder if she took inspiration from it. In any case, the style of the shoes do not fit the dress.
She looks really cute, but the dress doesn’t seem very flattering.
I think she gets a little bit lost in this dress. Love the red belt/lipstick accent though.

I like the dress, just not on her. The flowery dress she wore (referred to in your post) imho suits her much better.
The reason she looks lost in this dress is the top does not fit her. The shoulders are too wide and the waist is not natural. Looks like she borrowed this from a shorter, bustier person.
I don’t care much for the black shoes. Call me a purist, but I think that cute, summery dresses call for cute, summery shoes.
