These boots appear to be the Frejal double layer boots‘ grungier sister – and remind The Fashion Police more than a little of the Doc Martens of their youth. Only with offending peep toes. And with that oh-so-strange and oh-so-now boot within a boot thing going on. And also the inability to decide whether they’re lace up or zip-close…

I HATE the grunge/Doc Martens everywhere trend. I don’t know if that’s still going on everywhere, but it’s still really popular here, especially with clueless high school girls. It looks awful if you ask me.

Looks like the perfect shoes to complete my badass ninja costume. But I’d never wear them in real life unless they had toes. Of course, I’d never buy them at that price either.
