We don't know what happened to Natasha Alam's breasts here, but it must've been something bad to make them so desperate to escape the confines of her dress... In fact, at first glance we thought this was an attempt to re-create the infamous Topless Wedding Dress for the red carpet:

OK, so Natasha's dress isn't quite that bad. Unless there's some industrial strength tit tape holding up the bodice, though, we suspect there's a wardrobe malfunction in her very near future.

That just doesn’t look comfortable AT ALL. The jewels, off center ribbon, ruffles look cheap and poorly thought out in relation to the rest of the dress (though something makes me doubt it was as cheap as it LOOKS). And what made her think that black nail polish was appropriate here? I like the black nail polish look, but not with this outfit.

My god who could have possibly been invited to that wedding? I hope they were not wed in a church. She might as well have worn no top at al. I think the pink gown could have been worse but that definitly does not make it good.
