Yes, readers, it’s true. We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but the Fashion Powers That Be have decreed that the dreaded Double Denim shall be the latest trend to be dragged out of the 80s (Where some might argue it should have been left forever) and re-introduced to our wardrobes.
That doesn’t mean you have to wear the exact items or washes shown above, of course: it just means that, if you really want to, you can feel free to wear denim on both your legs and torso, secure in the knowledge that you don’t look like a tragic fashion throwback (or cowgirl), but are, in fact, at the very cutting edge of style.
