Whatever you think of Paz Vega’s style, at least it’s never boring. She always brings a touch of drama to the red (or green, in this case) carpet, and it’s normally GOOD drama, too. Unlike Nicole Ritchie, who we spied on earlier, Kim Kardashian DOES have a track record featuring short, overtly sexy dresses, and this one is no exception.
