I don’t know, I feel like something is missing, like a definite eye-catcher. I know the deep neckline is supposed to be that, but it doesn’t entirely do the trick. It needs some kind if ornament. Additionally I don’t like the way the dress accentuates her stomach.
Striking. This is a good example of shoulder pads done right, and the color looks wonderful on her.

The fabric looks cheap and the dress doesn’t look like it was properly sewn. The bottom looks like a rigid plastic wrap
