I have to admit, I kind-of like the vibe that the dress is giving off. But the shoulder/sleeves, shoes, and hair just completely don’t work. And clutching a clutch with your own face on it? Not fashion-savvy.

HBC is a law unto herself, giving the finger to the Red Carpet culture. It only works if you genuinely don’t give a rat’s rectum. Which she doesn’t. Like Bjork and the swan dress. That being said, these are all lousy shots. The photographer seems to have worked at catching each person standing awkwardly and making weird faces. I’m betting that some of these dresses look much better at different angles.
I don’t care about the dress, it’s so her that makes me smile, I was expecting that actually. Besides it’s her party and she is the Queen. I just love her.
