Last year's Grammy Awards were a particularly low point in Rihanna's life, with her assault by Chris Brown forcing her to pull out of the ceremony, so this year we're pleased to see her return to form. We're also pleased to see she managed to resist the temptation to out-Gaga Gaga on this year's red carpet (Because you really never know with Rihanna, do you?), and go for this striking Elie Saab dress instead. i think she does look a bit gaga-esque actually…if gaga were to suddenly decide long gown lengths were the new no pants…seriously …picture the dress as a leotard and you’ll see what i mean

When the dresses are as long as this one, nobody needs to vaccuum the red carpet. They just roll it back onto the truck when the show is over.
Just what I would expect from Rhianna. I am not, personally, loving the neck area of the dress, but it suits her style well.

I love this dress! I feel like the bride comments that everyone is is throwing around over the blogs is just so boring. It really restricts if you can’t wear a certain colour just because it is associated with some thing else. She has gorgeous dark skin and the white is a lovely stand out against it. She looks super sexy without having everything hanging out! Gorgeous
It doesn’t look as a bride at all! I love it, I think this is the kind of things that Rihanna should wear from now on. It’s chic and beautiful, but without having that “something” that makes it more dramatic. The neck makes it appropiate for someone with her personality and with her same style. Really, it was a very, very good choice.
