We predict hips will be the “crotches” of 2010.
Nah, OK, we’re just kidding: hopefully this Matthew Williams jumpsuit, and its voluminous hips, is a one-off, and this kind of thing won’t become the harem pants of this year. And anyway, it looks better on:
Nope, sorry, we were kidding about that too: it doesn’t. If you were convinced, though, it’s £495 at Net-a-Porter.

Who else is reminded of Dexy’s Midnight Runners on TOTP? (Got Come on Eileen going round my head now…)
I (gulp) quite like the look of these. And they are much, MUCH better than harem pants. You would have to be less than – oh, size 16, maybe – to wear them though. So that lets me off.
And I got C’mon Eileen going through my head too. She needs a bandanna to really pull off that look.

Thanks, gals, now I have the song in my head now, too! I have to say that they really aren’t as bad as harem pants. At least they give the illusion of a tiny waist, as opposed to harem pants, which have absolutely NO flattering qualities. I still wouldn’t wear them if you paid me…
SO much ugly all in one jumpsuit!
Do women really need fabric flaps at the hips? I mean seriously, it is unattractive!
It’s a very unattractive piece of clothing. O.o
I don’t know why they need to put out things that don’t flatter the bodies of women. I mean, even the sexiest woman would look horrible with those flaps on the hips.
I think they look even worse than the harem pants…
