Leave it to Chloe Sevigny to provide the first "love it or hate it" moment of the night for us. We'll give credit where it's due here, and admit that this Valentino gown actually looks much better here than we would've imagined from the photos of it on the catwalk last year, but we're still not convinced this isn't just a few ruffles too many. Then again, from some angles we think it looks absolutely stunning. What do you think, jurors?

I am not liking the ruffles. They are attached to the dress in an unflattering way.

This was even uglier on TV. What was she thinking? Truly horrible dress.
Well, for Chloe Sevigny, this is actually not that bad. No need for eye bleach, at least.

I wanted to like this but just don’t. It simply isn’t flattering. Her hair is too severe for such an ethereal dress.
Oh goodie, a dress that makes you look like a jellyfish.
The dress would have been better if the ruffles stopped around the waist, and maybe if there was just a bit by the neckline. This way, it just looks like the dress is swallowing her.
I actually like it a bit. I appreciate Chloe for not being “safe” all the time, like so many actresses.
