The shoes are indeed a bad choice, and I don’t like the belt either. It was like she thought “Dammit, I want some…OOMPH to this…I know! I’ll add black with accessories!”. They just seem like afterthoughts…and it’s sad because the dress could’ve been quite cute.
Makeup doesn’t work, same goes for the shoes and ditto for the bag. But i could see a short version of this dress being properly rocked by someone else.
