At first I thought the black bits were some kind of wrap, but now that I look, they seem to be stuck to the dress. That’s the only losing point for me- otherwise it’s lovely.
Why on Earth would a designer stick those things on the hips? Reminds me of Marie Antoinette’s panniers. Her shoes are a better match this time than at the Golden Globes, though.

I kinda like this. It’s fresh and unique. And the blush color does nice things for her hair and skin.
