No. no way. Not even if I was young (and I’m not) beautiful (ditto) and had a great body (you guessed it). this is just plain ugly. I don’t get it–how come this is dress of the day (which i usually like) rather than languishing in jail? Isn’t this an example of things-stuck-together, namely a dress and one of those screen things that keeps the flies from getting to your picnic food?
The original mini-crini by Vivienne Westwood in the 80’s was much nicer – this is a weird colour and looks too flimsy. CoutureCoco´s last blog ..Oh Jennifer!
I think what bothers me the most is how low the top rides on the chest… and how ill-fitting it seems to be up there. It seems like anyone close to you would be able to see straight down.
Sheree, I agree completely! That top is just way too short! There is absolutely no support for “the girls”. Maybe she’s wearing the petite version and doesn’t know it!?
Also, it really looks like a maroon or plum color – definitely not black. Could be the lighting..
Oh my god, this is soooooo cute. If only my religion allowed me to show my legs… I think I’ll just buy it to wear under my burka!
I think this would be a lot cuter if the bottom wasn’t see-through. If it was all black with a solid black skirt, I would like it a lot more.
Hmmm. I’m not really a fan…mainly because of the sheer-ness.

It looks inside-out.
This is the dress of the day? Really?
I agree with Bethany. The sheerness looks like it should be inside fluffing up the skirt. It’d still be pretty ugly even if that were the case.
I actually love that dress. I like the cage skirt, the sheerness, the color…I’d wear it.

Fun to try on, but once it isn’t in style you basically make a fool out of yourself when you wear it in front of other people.

this dress is not for me. i think that it makes the models breasts look saggy and i’m sure they are not. maybe a push up bra with this dress?
