As far as skirts go, there’s “short”, and then there’s “short“. And then there’s “OMG, I totally forgot to finish getting dressed before leaving the house.”
Guess which category Melanie Brown here falls into?
Yes, Mel, they are indeed a very fine set of legs. But you’re still making us think of one of those nightmares where you find yourself out in public without your clothes on. (Or, in our case, with your clothes on, but your clothes are suddenly Crocs and harem pants. Aaaargh!) Remember: skirts are not the enemy. They are your friends.
There’s no way that’s a dress. But it’s not as strange as that suit her companion is wearing…

Maybe it’s just the lighting but the man’s suit looks veryyy shiny. Also, I’d love to see a back picture of Mel’s dress. Lol actually when I think about it, maybe not…

I once read that the problem with too-short dresses is that even if the fabric or color is beautiful you don’t really see it, all you see is “it’s too short!”. That’s true for me, even if it was the most gorgeous outfit in the world (which Melanie’s isn’t, BTW) all I would think was, “She forgot her pants!”
It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if that top were actually nice.. it looks like something you’d wear to bed.
